Dr. Arnold received his M.D. from the University of California, Davis. He completed residency training in neurology at the University of California at Los Angeles, followed by a fellowship in movement disorders at the Veteran's Administrative Southwest PADRECC/UCLA, Department of Movement Disorders. He completed specialty training in the surgical treatment of Parkinson’s disease and dystonia, as well as the use of botulinum toxin to treat spasticity and dystonia.
